    These shoes run extremely Big. Order 2 sizes down!

    I ordered these shoes in the color red for a wedding in June. I wasn’t sure if my normal size 12 shoe would fit. So I ordered a size 13 just in case they ran small. It took a month for the shoes to arrive. When the did arrive, they were waaay too big! I retuned for an exchange to a size 12. Customer service was very nice about getting me an exchange. It took 3 weeks to get the size 12 which I received today 5/26/22. The size 12 was waaaaay too big. I have been wearing a size 12 shoe since I was 17 y/o. I was literally walking out of the shoe. I just did a return/exchange for a size 11. Because I really like the shoes they are great quality. But order at least 2 sizes down. Also it takes a very long time to get your order. So if you need the shoes for an event order at least 2 months ahead. I did that and I still won’t get the shoes in time for the wedding because of shipping time and the number of times I had to exchange the shoes.
