If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days in exchange for store credit. Please note that items returned within 30 days cannot be refunded to the original payment source. Store credit will be issued in the form of a NYAS digital gift card. Each customer located in the U.S. receives 1 FREE return/exchange. If the customer needs more than 1 exchange/return, the customer will have to cover additional shipping fees. Please visit our Returns portal to process all returns/exchanges. International orders must be shipped back to our return address by the customer, and any replacements/new orders will be sent as soon as possible.
Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings must still be on the product and in the packaging.
Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Due to COVID-19 delays, all packages will be shipped within 14 - 21 business days of the order date. Packages within the US will be sent with USPS Priority Mail ( 2 - 4 Business Days) or UPS Ground ( 2 - 4 Business Days). Packages arriving in Canada will be sent with FEDEX International Ground ( 3 - 5 Business Days). We’re happy to announce that we now offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! All international orders, excluding Canada, will be shipped with USPS International Priority Mail ( 8 - 15 Business Days…delivery time varies based on location).
Once orders have been shipped and customers receive tracking, the package is now in the hands of the carrier. If you have to locate a missing package or need further updates, please contact either USPS or FEDEX (the carrier is specified on your order confirmation).
